Christmas 2011

Christmas was so much fun this year! We had the Olson Christmas party first this year. Grandma Olson made all the kids minky pillow cases. They also got a movie and pajamas. We also got a basket full of books from Alicia's family. We love books and now we have a ton. It's great!

We then had the Custer Christmas party. Porter, Ryker and Kyler got fishing poles from their cousins which were a huge hit. That is probably one of their favorite presents. Bridger got a fun steering wheel from his cousin.

Then we had Christmas Eve at Grandma and Grandpa Lowry's with Charlie. We always love going to their house. We love seeing Charlie. It was Bridger's first time meeting Charlie. He wasn't sure what to think.

Then Christmas Day was the best. I was so excited. Bridger woke up at 5 so I woke Mike up and asked if we could open presents. He told me no. Then I was up again at 6 and asked him again. He told me no again. Then I was up and fed Bridger at 6:30. After I asked Mike again. He said, "What are you going to do? Wake the boys up?" So, I had to wait for them to wake up. They got up about 7 or 7:30. We went and opened presents. Then the boys exchanged their gifts to each other. They got pajamas, critter hats, movies, cars and toothbrushes.

I got my Kindle Fire. That's all I wanted. I was so excited!

Mike got some shirts, scrubs, remote control helicopter and stuff for his Kindle Fire.

Then we were asking the boys where Santa's presents were. They checked and the cookies were gone and so was their note to Santa so they knew he came. They were looking all over. They kept looking outside to see if the raindeer ate the raindeer food but they didn't see the presents anywhere. Kyler kept saying, "there are big presents outside." Porter and Ryker didn't see them. Kyler had to tell them and show them. This is what Santa left.

They were so funny when they opened them. They just looked at them not sure what to think. They acted like they didn't know if they were real or not. Then we went and rode them and the boys had a ball. They love these little wheelers. We had a blast watching them too.

They were a little cautious at first when they started riding. Now they are kind of crazy on them. It's great watching them.

Grandma and Grandpa Custer stopped by on Christmas to see what we got and to give us our presents. They gave Porter, Ryker and Kyler Quillows, slippers and books. Bridger got a blanket, books and outfits. The boys have wanted their own quillows for months. They are so excited for them. Every morning they bring their pillows and quillows out to watch TV with.

We were very spoiled this year and had a blast!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
